That Certain “I Don’t Know What.”
There's a reason why certain people can fly in sweatpants, aviator sunglasses, sneaker and a head full of dry shampoo, no makeup and still look chic AF.
It's the same reason they get the best table on the patio at the restaurant, and why people come to THEM - why they never have to seem to beg for attention.
It's that "je ne sais quoi," that certain "I don't know what."
It's confidence.
Confidence comes not by being perfectly, painfully poised at all time and sweating over penciling in the perfect cat eyeliner, plucking your brows into an oblivion, exfoliating your skin raw, or dieting within an inch of your life.
Confidence comes from trying and failing. From being scared and doing the thing anyway - thereby creating evidence in your brain that when you try something new you either survive, or succeed.
My confidence helps me look cancer docs and surgeons in the eye with a smile on my face while I sit in my PJs with no makeup, my glasses on and bed head as they explain my diagnosis to me in German without breaking a sweat.
My confidence enables to me ask for help when I need it, and to accept help, knowing I am worthy of it.
My confidence helps me trust my own intuition and follow my instincts of what feels good - or what doesn't - giving me agency and control over my life.
Does your self confidence need a makeover? Let’s fix that.
This bundle I’ve put together for you is legit a roadmap for confidence. A workbook you can read through (it’s more like a textbook, actually. A manifesto, a life’s work.) as well as a VERY effective EFT tapping video that will get your confidence SO HIGH, SO FAST you will almost be annoying.
Imagine being so confident that you were obnoxious? That’s the dream, isn’t it.
I hope you check it out, then message me telling me about how this has changed your life! I WANT THE GOSSIP!
xoxo,
Krista
