Calm in the Time of Covid
There’s so much we can control in this life, there’s also a lot we can’t.
We can control what we eat, we can choose to move our bodies to jack up the feel-good hormones, or we can choose to chill hard and binge watch that Tiger Man show or Love is Blind (or have we all finished it already?)
Whatever self-care looks like for you right now, you have my full support.
Other options include catching up on reading + podcasts, detailing our cars, learning how to sculpt our own brows since we’re all 1 month away from looking like cavemen, or doing at-home-self-made chemical peels - with either stunning or horrifying results.
(Either way, no one will see you since we’re all on lockdown, so if you’re on the fence I say GO FOR IT.)
