Module 4: Savage Self Love
We’ll look into the areas that feel most balanced with love for your self and love from others, and the areas that need some TLC and attention.
Love is all about balance - give and take. It’s easy to slip into a state of giving too much - leading to exhaustion, frustration, resentment and bitterness. We’re going to fix all that! Balance shall be restored.
We’ll also establish your own healing and loving rituals and make sure that you make time for yourself, so that prioritising yourself in the name of the greater good becomes the new normal - for you and the people you care about.
